Terms
These terms apply to the Initial Assessment and to both coaching programmes.
Initial Assessment
The Initial Assessment costs £30, paid when you book. You can reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel or miss the session with less notice, the fee is not refunded. If you join a coaching programme within 14 days of your assessment, the £30 is deducted from the programme price.
Coaching programmes
All sessions and included reviews must be used within 16 weeks of your first session. If your exam date is sooner, the programme is planned to fit it. Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice; a session missed or cancelled with less notice counts as used.
Payment
Programmes are paid in full before the first session, or in two instalments: half before the first session and half at week 6.
Cancellation
If you are in the UK and book online, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. If you ask for your programme to start within those 14 days and then cancel, you pay only for what has been delivered. After 14 days, programme fees are non-refundable.
Results
Coaching develops your performance. It does not guarantee an exam grade or result.
Support between sessions
WhatsApp support is for questions about your programme and quick language queries, Monday to Friday, with replies within one working day. Voice-note and writing reviews are returned within three working days.
