Cambridge Exam Performance Programme
For CAE and CPE candidates · 12 weeks
Walk into the speaking exam able to perform at the level you are genuinely capable of — consistently, and under pressure. Your progress is measured by comparing your opening and final Performance Profiles.
Diagnose
Before week 1
Your Initial Assessment and Performance Profile set the starting point and identify the two pillars that will make the biggest difference.
Develop
Weeks 1–8
Targeted coaching on your priority pillars, task by task through the speaking paper, with a progress review around week 6.
Perform
Weeks 9–12
Full speaking tasks under exam conditions, composure under pressure, and a final reassessment with your second Profile.
What is included
- 8 one-to-one coaching sessions, 60 minutes each
- Mid-programme performance review
- Final Speaking Performance Profile, showing before and after
- 4 recorded voice-note performance reviews
- 3 written reviews of CAE or CPE writing tasks
- WhatsApp support for questions between sessions, Monday to Friday

Founding client rate: £495, available to the first five clients.
Programmes begin with an Initial Assessment. If you join within 14 days, your £30 assessment fee is deducted.
